as a factory. we know what directly our customers need, not only the quality ,but also the package ,the outlook of the products, even those screws used will decide whether we are qualified or not! We will make sure each machine works without any problem and is packed with all consumables necessary before it is delivered to our customer. We pay much attention on the tiny details that most factories will ignore, like clawlike scratch . Our products are CE APPROVED .

After-sales service

After the machine delivered ,we will keep in touch with our customers and ask if we can do any help for them. We will offer PCB for their reference and send them missing parts for free. If there is any quality problem about our machine ,we will send PCB to our customers for replacement .We would like to ask our customers to keep those broken ones and one-year later ,they can send us back ,we will repair them and send them back to our customers. For old customers, we will supply extra 5 sets for free as a compensation for the broken ones once their orders reaches 500 sets
